Diver Down Shiraz

Rich in dark fruit flavours of blackberry & satsuma plum, with hints of vanilla & spice, all rounded off with gentle tannins. The fruit was picked super ripe. It slept in American oak for 18 months. If you close your eyes it’s a bit like a liquid cherry ripe bar. Enjoy with steak and casseroles. (McLaren Vale)
